Unfortunately, the camera stopped during the test, so my results weren’t certified. It was frustrating, but I’m using this as a chance to prepare even better for the retake within 10 days.
On the bright side, I’ve been learning about evolution theory lately. It’s amazing to see how life adapts over generations through small genetic changes!
I applied to over than 20 internships and junior roles in AI/Programming related jobs, never got an interview. I don’t understand why. I believe I’m far better than the majority of employed students in tech industry in Syria, but for some reason I’m not even getting a chance.
I pretty much also dislike LinkedIn, because it is dull. I feel like people in that website are not even human beings. Every body trying to show how great he is. Posting about useless achievements, so employers notice him.
Recently I am trying to do what I can with limited electricity in Suwayda. It is only 2 hours a day, so I don’t have much time to use my laptop. When I used to live in my university dorm, it was 24h/day, as a result of that it was hard for me to adapt at first. I am going to move to Jaramana in the middle to the end of this month, and I expect getting more electricity there. I am trying to refresh my memory about ML/DL after a long period of not studying or programming because of the plight in Suwayda, by writing on papers as an alternative right now.

Yesterday, out of nowhere, I got an interview with a company called Beno. Today, I passed the HR interview, and now I’m moving on to the technical interview and I also took the Duolingo English Test, and this time I’m more optimistic.

I got 120 on the DET.It was a surprise to me because I thought I would get a higher score. I still believe I deserve better,but life is unexpected and unfair.
